HACCP
Codex Alimentarius CXC 1-1969, Rev. 2022 — certificate VQ.04.618 issued by Vinaquality to the True Food roastery branch for roasted and ground coffee. Valid 24/04/2025 – 23/04/2028.
UTZ
Green coffee used as raw material carries UTZ certification, with clear origin.
Self-declaration
Each product is self-declared under Decree 15/2018/ND-CP, with labelling and dossier on file.

In the roastery

Hot-air roasting with recirculation, 120 kg a batch, run to profile so the same blend tastes the same every time.

Each blend is roasted to a defined profile, fresh to order.
